"I've been with this company for over 20 to 25 years between my 2 homes. When purchasing my second home I use them and they had been charging me for the wrong square footage for over 10 plus years. When I finally realized it and brought it to their attention they try to say I'm the one who gave it to them. Mind u I never even knew what it was myself until I started looking through paperwork. So they dropped my payment from like 1600 to 1400 something. Damn near a 200 dollar difference. So now they trying to raise it again to 1800 something. Nope canceled today and got everything they were offering for 500 dollars a year less. Check your paper work people cause these people don't care about u. Oh and they wouldn't reimbursement me."
